Orders

How long does it take to process my order?
Each Mavrosia piece is made on demand. Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible. Please contact support@mavrosia.com immediately if you need assistance.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link anytime to monitor delivery progress.

 

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Each Mavrosia piece is made on demand. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, followed by estimated delivery times below:

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Availability for other regions may expand in the future.

Why did I receive multiple packages?
Items may ship separately if they are produced at different facilities. This is normal for made-to-order apparel.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For customers in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, import duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations and order value. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

My tracking shows delivered but I didn’t receive the package. What should I do?
Please first check with household members and nearby neighbors, and contact your local carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, email support@mavrosia.com and we will assist you.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@mavrosia.com.

Because all Mavrosia items are made to order and enter production quickly, we can only attempt changes or cancellations within 2 hours of order placement, and such requests cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has entered production, we are unable to modify the shipping address. If your cancellation request is successfully processed within the eligible window, you may place a new order with the correct address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate at checkout.

 

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size guide on each product page. We strongly recommend measuring a favorite garment and comparing it to our chart before ordering.

Do your items run true to size?
Most Mavrosia pieces feature a modern, true-to-size fit. If you prefer an oversized streetwear look, consider sizing up.

Can I exchange if the size doesn’t fit?
Because items are made to order, we generally cannot accept size exchanges. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Since each item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns for size issues or buyer’s remorse. However, we will fully support you if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy page for more details. 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@mavrosia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy page for more details.

How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

 

Products & Quality

Will the print fade or crack?
Our prints are designed for durability. For best results, follow the care instructions provided on the product page.

Will the color look exactly like the mockup?
Minor color variation may occur due to screen settings and lighting differences, but we aim for the closest possible match.
