Prices, product availability, and policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

2. Made-to-Order Products

All Mavrosia items are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Because of this production model:

  • Orders typically enter production shortly after purchase.
  • Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur and are considered normal characteristics of made-to-order production.

Product images are representative; final items may vary slightly due to screen settings and production methods.

 

3. Order Acceptance & Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • suspected fraud
  • pricing or listing errors
  • product availability issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All charges are processed in US dollars.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. Mavrosia does not store full payment card details.

We are not responsible for errors, declines, or delays caused by payment providers.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including designs, graphics, logos, product names, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Mavrosia and may not be used without prior written permission.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use this site to:

  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes (after production):

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Mavrosia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

 

8. Shipping Rates & Import Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customers outside the United States may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated.

 

9. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.

 

10. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Mavrosia is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavrosia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Mavrosia operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
