Returns & Refund Policy
At Mavrosia, each piece is crafted on demand to maintain quality and reduce waste. Because of this production model, our return and refund process differs slightly from traditional retail.
Please review the policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all Mavrosia products are made-to-order and enter production shortly after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes
- Minor color differences due to screen display
We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund your order if you receive:
- A damaged item
- A manufacturing defect
- The wrong item or size sent by us
- A misprinted or significantly flawed product
Reporting Window
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Description of the issue
Failure to provide photo evidence may delay or void the claim. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or that appear fraudulent or abusive.
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
- Free replacement
- Full refund to original payment method
- Store credit (in certain cases)
Replacements are typically prioritized for quality issues.
Non-Returnable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Minor print placement variations within industry tolerance
- Slight color variation between mockups and actual product
- Lost Packages
If tracking shows lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
If confirmed lost, we will:
- Send a replacement or
- Issue a refund
Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.
Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Reshipping fees will apply
- Refunds are not guaranteed
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Typical processing time:
- 3–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Chargeback & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first before opening a dispute.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Future purchase restrictions
